If you’re switching from another accountant, I’ll take care of most of the process for you. Changing accountants is really straightforward, and I’ll make sure it’s smooth and stress-free.
All you need to do is let your current accountant know you’re switching (usually by email), and I’ll handle the rest. I’ll contact them to request something called ‘professional clearance’ and ask for any relevant handover information, so I can pick things up properly.
There’s no awkwardness or hassle — accountants are used to clients moving on or starting fresh, and it’s all part of the process.
